We enter seas of change throughout our lives. At times we may encounter the dark night of the soul. Whether a major emotional or physical trauma, or more general, though no less important issue affecting our quality of life, the psychological depth of Jungian analysis offers one opportunity for self-exploration, growth and healing within the creative spirit that lives within the soul. It’s not uncommon for us to reach a time in life when we feel that we have lost our way. The roles we have played, the “masks” we have worn in order to “fit in” or to satisfy the expectations of others, no longer feeds or sustains us.
